Supporting health, education & environment in South Lebanon

From Vision to Villages:

Seven towns & villages in Marjayoun

1for3-Lebanon

1for3-Lebanon is a new program of 1for3.org, a 501(c)(3)registered non-profit in Massachusetts founded about 15 years ago soon after we began working in Palestine in 2013 in the areas of health, education, and environment.

As our programs in Palestine continue in their tremendous growth, in June 2025 we expanded our work to South Lebanon to facilitate real change in people’s daily lives in a place of great need.

Urgent Appeal

April 2026

1for3-Lebanon is seeking your help to secure much needed medication for our patients in South Lebanon.

Burj el Mulouk, Qlaya’a, Marjayoun, Dibbin, Blat, Bwaydah, and Ibl el Saqi are under bombardment, facing forced displacement and indiscriminate violence.

Since this latest onslaught began, many Lebanese have had no access to vital life-saving medicine.

We are a non-political, non-sectarian NGO that hires from within our villages across all sects.

Our team of 6 community healthcare workers who personally provide care for these patients along with a team 18 volunteers, are working in very dangerous conditions to make sure that our patients have their essential life-saving meds and necessary follow-up care.

We have 900-1000 patients who desperately need medications for their chronic diseases: Diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. (Blood pressure, coronary artery disease and heart medications)

We need to raise at least $30,000 until the situation in South Lebanon improves.

1for3-Lebanon has been covering all other expenses for our teams.
